High Park Terrace - 3rd Floor Rooftop Terrace

Connected to indoor lounge space for bar access

Used for:

  • Tuesday Welcome Social (DJ, Food Stations, Photobooth)

DRESS CODE

1. Tuesday Evening Social: Rooftop Ready

Get ready to celebrate in style! Think elevated summer looks — breezy dresses, bold prints, crisp button-downs, smart sets, and your favorite party shoes (yes, sneakers count if they’re fresh). It’s not business casual, and it’s not black tie — it’s your chance to show off your rooftop best. Bring the energy. Bring the vibes. Leave the hoodies at home.


2. General Session: Workday Casual + Branded Tee

We’ll kick things off by outfitting you with a fresh branded t-shirt at check-in. Easy. Just pair it with whatever feels like your best “office casual” vibe:

  • Clean jeans or chinos
  • Shorts (if weather-appropriate)
  • Sneakers or comfortable shoes

Let’s skip the torn denim, flip-flops, or anything too lounge-y.


3. Oriole Landscaping Facility Tour

This tour is taking place at a functioning landscaping HQ — please wear closed-toe shoes (running shoes are great/open toe sandals are not) and dress comfortably for being outdoors for a few hours. No PPE is required, but come prepared for the elements! It is encouraged for you to wear any branded gear you may have (LMN, SingleOps, Greenius) to show-off!

There will be team photos, customer visits, and a few surprise moments — so show up looking like the pro you are, but no need to overthink it.

  • Complimentary hotel Wi-Fi (credentials at check-in)
  • Additional recreation options will be shared closer to the event

Fitness Centre: located on the 4th floor of 10XTO (and Hotel X Toronto). 10XTO is one of the largest and most ambitious hotel sports and fitness facilities in an urban setting in North America.  Open 7am - 11pm 

Please note, there is no smoking or vaping permitted anywhere on the hotel property.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1Can I bring a guest/partner to the hotel?
Yes, at your own expense. However, guests are not permitted to attend any summit sessions or socials. This is a company-only, team-building experience.
2What happens if my flight is delayed or canceled?
First contact Navan for rebooking options. Then notify Kathleen or Kat if further coordination is needed.
3Can I expense baggage fees?
Not by default. If your situation warrants reimbursement, contact People & Culture with a request and explanation.
4Can I expense my mileage if I’m driving to the event?
Yes, you can. Submit your mileage through Ramp at the rate of $0.70 per mile.
5Can I expense train fare or other transit expenses?
Yes, knowing that the city is going to be heavily congested with the Indy in town, if you live in the GTA it is highly recommended to take VIA Rail or Go Transit - your fares will be reimbursed, and we will coordinate group rides to the train stations following the Oriole Facility Tour.
6Can I drive myself to the Oriole Facility Tour?
The coach buses are highly encouraged to limit late arrivals of our group, parking at Oriole is also very limited. Please reach out to Lisa Karpiel directly to discuss your plans.
7Will I have free time during the summit?
Yes. There will be time for informal connection and downtime built into the agenda.
8Are there optional sessions I can skip?
No. All sessions are core to the summit and expected to be attended by all employees.
9Can I order room service?
All meals will be provided for our group throughout your stay, however if you’re feeling a midnight snack, that’s on you. Only Room and Tax are covered.
